Make Jesus Your Lord and Saviour

God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

“Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

“If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (healed, whole, saved, delivered)” (Romans 10:9).

I confess with my mouth that You, Jesus, are Lord, the Ruler over all. You are the Christ, the Son of God. I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead and You are alive forevermore, seated on Your throne in heaven next to the Father. I believe Your blood that was shed on the cross washes away all my sin and that the power of your resurrection makes me whole, free from sin, sickness, disease and having for myself eternal life.

Now go and change your life (repent) to one of drawing nearer and nearer to God (without doing such, the above would be mere words) and watch as God draws nearer to you as He says in His Word. Keep asking Him for help.

Jesus explains about The Sower:

Matthew 18 “Hear then the parable of the sower.

19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road.

20 The one on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, this is the man who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy;

21 yet he has no firm root in himself, but is only temporary, and when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he falls away.

22 And the one on whom seed was sown among the thorns, this is the man who hears the word, and the worry of the world and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

23 And the one on whom seed was sown on the good soil, this is the man who hears the word and understands it; who indeed bears fruit and brings forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty.”

Note: Read the book of 1 John to know if you are really saved... plus, there are various scriptures throughout the new testament that tell you whether you are truly born again and will be in heaven.
